Installation and Inference

How do I install XenseSDK?

XenseSDK is available on PyPI. Run the following command to install it:

pip install "xensesdk[full]" -i https://repo.huaweicloud.com/repository/pypi/simple/

Why does inference still use the CPU after I install ONNX Runtime?

Run the following command to verify that all CUDA shared-library dependencies required by ONNX Runtime are available:

ldd site-packages/onnxruntime/capi/*cuda*.so

If the output contains not found, install the corresponding CUDA or cuDNN dependencies.

Device Connection and Troubleshooting

Why are some sensors not detected when multiple sensors share one hub?

Some sensors manufactured before July 2026 were not configured for reduced bandwidth usage and may consume more USB bandwidth.

Test each sensor separately first. If you need to use multiple sensors simultaneously, contact technical support for bandwidth configuration.

What should I do if the sensor image flickers or disconnects frequently?

This is usually related to the sensor cable. Check the sensor cable, USB port, and any extension cable in sequence. If you are using an extension cable, remove it and test again.

Why does the force value fluctuate when I shake the sensor?

The camera inside the sensor may be loose. Contact technical support to arrange a factory repair.
