Why is the first load slow?

The first launch initializes and caches plugins and inference components. Wait for initialization to finish before operating the device; later launches are usually noticeably faster.

Device Connection​

What should I do if the gripper is connected but the device list is empty?

Check the following items in order:

  1. Confirm that the computer and gripper or compute unit are on the same subnet.
  2. Check device power and Ethernet/USB connections.
  3. Verify that you can reach the gripper with the ping command.
  4. Select Rescan and confirm that you are using the device's actual MAC/IP.
  5. Confirm that the gripper service is running; if necessary, use ezros --help and the scan command available in your version to verify that the service is visible.

Runtime Environment​

Why does the application crash after I connect a sensor?

Run nvidia-smi to check the GPU driver, then verify compatibility between CUDA, cuDNN, the model, and the SDK. If you only need to verify the gripper control path, temporarily disable GPU inference to isolate the problem.

How do I resolve a Linux Qt plugin error?

If you see Could not load the Qt platform plugin "xcb", install the missing dependency:
